Essex Warriors 2018 DBM Tournament 3rd Round Results & 4th Round Draw

With the last of the six 3rd Round games being played today I can now announce the current standings and the 4th Round draw. Due to a few players already having played each other there were some players who had to be bumped around to ensure everyone played a new opponent. Realistically only the top two players have a realistic chance of winning the tournament. the 3rd place player will have to win convincingly and hope that the top table game also goes the right way to give him a mathematical chance of getting the winners spot on a tie break count back.

The surprises of the 3rd Round were the fact only one game was drawn with the rest all being 27-5 of better victories. For the sake of fairness I always send my opponent my own list as soon as I know the draw so they are not disadvantaged in any way. The BYE army was listed in case anyone had to drop out or there were odd numbers of entrants. So far this has not happened although I have used this army in a few games to get some practice in against a varied list of enemies.
